1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, submitting a form, booking an operational audit or engaging Ad Astra AI Systems ("Ad Astra," "we," "us") for services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or engage our services.

2. Description of Services

Ad Astra provides operational software and implementation services for mortgage brokerages, including a paid operational audit and three operational systems, Lead Intelligence System, Document Operations System and Loan Execution System, built around your existing workflow, CRM and loan origination system.

3. Eligibility

Our services are intended for licensed mortgage brokerages and their authorized representatives. By engaging our services, you represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of your brokerage and that your brokerage holds the licenses required to conduct mortgage origination activity in the states where it operates.

4. The Operational Audit

The operational audit is a paid, standalone engagement. It includes a structured review of your operations and a written findings report with a prioritized implementation roadmap. The findings report and roadmap are yours to keep whether or not you choose to move forward with implementation. Pricing is calculated based on the loan volume and operational information you provide and is shown to you before payment is collected.

5. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide to us, including your loan volume, team size and current systems, since our audit findings, pricing and recommendations are based on that information.

You remain solely responsible for all licensed activity, lending decisions and regulatory compliance within your brokerage. Nothing we build or deliver replaces your own compliance program, your licensed personnel's judgment or your legal counsel.

6. Fees and Payment

Fees for the operational audit are shown to you before payment is collected and are based on your stated operational volume. Fees for implementing any operational system are discussed and agreed separately, following the audit. Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider; we do not directly store your full payment card details.

7. Intellectual Property

Any custom workflows, automations or configurations we build for your brokerage are yours to use for as long as you continue working with us. Our underlying methods, templates and general know-how remain our intellectual property and may be used in delivering services to other clients.

8. Confidentiality

We treat information you share with us about your operations as confidential and use it only to deliver your engagement. We ask that you treat any non-public materials we share with you, such as our internal processes or pricing methodology, the same way.

9. No Professional or Licensed Advice

Ad Astra does not act as a mortgage broker, lender or licensed loan originator and does not provide legal, regulatory or compliance advice. All licensed activity, lending decisions and regulatory responsibility remain solely with your brokerage.

Any description of time savings or operational improvement on this site is illustrative and is not a guarantee of results for your specific operation.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided on an as-is, as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ad Astra is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or this website.

11. Termination

You may stop working with us at any time. Upon termination, any access we hold to your systems is revoked and credentials are rotated. Because your data was never moved out of your own CRM, LOS or document storage, there is nothing to migrate back to you.

12. Permitted Use

The systems and services we build for you are licensed for use within your own brokerage only. You may not use, resell, sublicense, or extend access to these services to any other business, firm, or third party outside your own organization. Doing so is a material breach of these terms and may expose you to legal consequences, including termination of services and liability for damages.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
